Our trained staff will handle all calls during you regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. These calls generally include but are not limited to, scheduling, reports or image request, new clinic registration or inquiries, billing questions, and help with your Veterinary Management Systems (if applicable). We are dedicated to receiving phone calls in a friendly, professional manner, first and foremost, we represent your business.
Our staff handles all appointments and maintenance of your online appointment calendar, which is updated continuously.
Our staff will set up all new clients using your Veterinary Management System (if applicable) as well as any additional support they may need if you are no using a veterinary management system, that is no problem at all for our team. We will most likely be able to use any current programs or database and easily adjust to your existing procedures.
Our staff will confirm your schedule before closing the afternoon before each workday, including any times or special instructions that need to be addressed with your clients.
Each hospital can be, at your request telephoned 15 to 60 minutes before your estimated time of arrival on the day of the procedure.
Credit card processing and accounts receivables is an available service; however, it is not included in base monthly service fee.
